By post: From within Australia: send a cheque or money order in Australian dollars. From outside Australia send only an international money order in Australian dollars, no foreign cheques payable to AUSTRALIAN HEALTH & EDUCATION CENTRE. US and other overseas customers are invited to order directly from our online shop, using our secure server or from Amazon bookstore, Profbooks. or The Internet Bookshop

All prices quoted include GST (Goods & Services Tax), but exclude postage & handling charges. Overseas customers will not be charged GST.
